In this afikra FWD, Rund Alarabi from Locale Sudan shares the book “Prison Notebook” by Ibrahim El-Salahi. El-Salahi is a Sudanese artist who was arrested in 1975 and held without trial in Khartoum's Kober Prison. In the weeks of house arrest that followed his release, the pioneering modernist artist produced his Prison Notebook.
